ETA Group has entered into a share sale agreement with VIP Bonanza Sdn Bhd to dispose of stakes in two subsidiaries for RM22.73mil cash.

ETA Group Berhad, formerly Rex Industry Berhad, plans to diversify into property development, property management and investment as well as construction-related activities as it seeks to reduce reliance on its loss-making food and beverage business.

Rex Industry Berhad is changing its name to ETA Group Berhad, effective Dec 8, 2025.
