ETA Group has officially completed the proposed acquisition of a freehold industrial property in Bandar Sri Damansara, Selangor, for a cash consideration of RM16.50 mil.

ETA Group has entered into recurrent related party transactions (RRPT), comprising three construction agreements amounting to RM66.69mil as well as three subcontract agreements worth an aggregate subcontract value of RM63.51mil.

ETA Group has executed two construction agreements for the design and build of industrial factory and warehouse buildings in Rawang, Selangor, with an aggregate contract value of RM13.17 mil.

ETA Group has proposed to acquire a freehold industrial property in Bandar Sri Damansara, Selangor for RM16.5 mil as part of its expansion into property investment and management activities.
